1. Booking: any booking is confirmed only after receipt of the deposit (or full payment) requested on the payment page. Until then, the booking is considered pending.
2. Check-in / check-out: check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed in writing with our team.
3. Deposit / security: a security deposit may be requested on arrival to cover any damage caused to the apartment or its furnishings during the stay.
4. Cancellation: any cancellation request must be sent as soon as possible. Cancellation conditions (refund or not) depend on the notice period before arrival.
5. Use of premises: the tenant undertakes to use the apartment in a peaceful manner, to respect the neighbourhood and the building's rules, and not to exceed the maximum stated capacity.
6. Liability: the owner cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the tenant's personal belongings during the stay.
7. Photos and description: photos and descriptions are provided as an indication; minor differences may exist without this affecting the validity of the booking.
